* Ingredients:
- 6 lbs of HANGER STEAK = 3 Kg of HANGER STEAK
- 2/3 oz of Garlic = 20 grams of Garlic
- 2/3 oz of Shallot = 20 grams of Shallot
- 5/6 oz of Galanga = 25 grams of Galanga
- 1/3 oz of Turmeric = 10 grams of Turmeric
- 1/6 oz of Kaffir lime leaves = 5 grams of Kaffir lime leaves
- 1 2/3 oz of Lemongrass root = 50 grams of Lemongrass root
- 2 teaspoons of monosodium glutamate
- 3 tablespoons of Salt
- 5 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 5 tablespoons of Palm sugar
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
- We mix it up and leave it to marinate for 1 hour and then put it in the sun.
