* Ingredients:

- แล้วเวลาเราทำเราหาน้ำปลาไหนไม่ให้เค็มเกินไป
- เราแช่แบบนี้ 10 ชั่วโมงหรือ 1 วันเรารับประทานได้แล้ว
- พริกขี้หนู 1 1/2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- หอมแดง 3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- กระเทียม 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- น้ำตาล 3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- มะนาว 4 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- โหระพาไทย 1/2 ถ้วยตวง
