* Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of Pickled fish = 1 Kg of Pickled fish
- 1 tablespoon of Crab Sauce
- 2/7 lbs of Acacia pennata = 140 grams of Acacia pennata
- 1 CUP of Palm sugar
- 1/2 CUP of pickled garlic juice
- 1 tablespoon of shrimp paste
- 9 leaves of Pandan leaves
- 1 Garlic head (or bulb) of pickled garlic.
- 1 tablespoon of monosodium glutamate
- 4 CUP of water = 1 Liter of water
- Boiled for 10 minutes.
- We boil Fermented fish sauce for 1 hour.
- 1 Papaya
- 1 tomatoes
- 1 Lemon
- 8 Chili
- 4 tablespoons of fermented fish sauce
- 3 clovess of Garlic
- 2 tablespoons of sugar syrup
